• OS work and OS standards are strongly encouraged.
• Proposed work need to be licensed as MIT or any other comparable license that allows collaboration and further development upon the proposals work.
• Teams can’t have two grants at once. Any open proposal needs to conclude before starting the next one.
• The grant may be cancelled in exceptional cases or when the delivery of milestones fails.
• Teams commit to delivering each milestone by the deadlines specified in their grant proposal.
• The entire proposal must be completed within six months from the time of approval.
• Funds can only be claimed upon completion of a milestones. No advanced payment is made.
• We don’t fund proposals that result in a NFT or FT sale.
• We don't fund projects that: encourage gambling, facilitate illegal trading, support money laundering or promote or facilitate criminal activities
