What the community actually needs and wants

To enhance the existing RFP system, we introduce a community-elected Grant Council, consisting of three reviewers who will:

• Assess submitted proposals based on technical merit, feasibility, and alignment with WAX's ecosystem goals.
• Provide in-depth code reviews to ensure quality, security, and adherence to WAX's standards.
• Assess marketing strategies and plans of proposed projects.
• Offer guidance and recommendations to proposal authors on how to improve their ideas and implementation.
• Encourage and lead WAX-RFP discussions on grants and bounties and encourage further community engagements
• Regular reports about WAX-RFP and Labs Proposals, ideally also weekly on the “WAX community Chat”

A Reviewers Role

• Technical proficiency in relevant systems, languages and techniques.
• Strong understanding of WAX's ecosystem standards and goals.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance
• Ability to assess marketing and on-boarding initiatives.
